- You need 10 blown empty eggshells.
- Prepare a batter from the ingredients.
- Carefully break a small opening in the top of the egg shells and brush or rinse the inside of the shells with a little oil. Fold 10 small cuffs out of aluminum foil and place in a springform pan. Place the eggshells in these cuffs with the opening facing upwards so that they do not fall over. Fill halfway with batter, possibly with the help of a piping bag, and bake at 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
