  • 1 egg white
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 75 g hazelnuts, round
  • 1 pack confectionery (Toffifee, 5 pieces)
  • 15 wafers (50 mm)

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites into snow, then stir in the sugar. Add the pinch of salt and fold in the hazelnuts until the mixture is translucent.
  2. Place a Toffifee on each wafer with the smooth side down and spread the mixture over it until the Toffifee is no longer noticeable.
  3. Preheat the oven to 140 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 120 ° C), then bake for about 25 minutes.
