- 1 pineapple (as large and fresh as possible)
- liter ⅛ cream
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon rum, white
- 3 banana (s)
- 50 g chocolate, dark

- Wash the pineapple and dry it well. Cut the bushes of leaves a few centimeters deep with a knife (like a lid). Please leave the leaves on. If necessary, cut off a bit of the stem base at the bottom so that the pineapple can stand. Use a narrow knife to cut the inside about 1 cm from the edge. From top to bottom.
