Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 120 ° C. Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff. Stir in the sugar and keep beating until the mixture is glossy. Carefully fold the ground nuts into the egg whites.
  2. Place the wafers on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place a praline on each wafer with the straight side down. Pour 1 heaped teaspoon of meringue over each praline so that it is completely covered. Bake in the oven (center, fan oven 120 ° C) for approx. 25 minutes. Switch off the oven and let the surprise igloos dry for another 30 minutes with the oven door slightly open.
