  • 1 cup rice (no rice pudding!), Approx. 30 g
  • 3 orange (s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • some sugar, if necessary
  • slice Orange (s) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice (I took 130 g) without salt and let it cool in a sieve.
  2. Then peel, fillet and dice the oranges.
  3. Beat the cream with a packet of vanilla sugar until stiff. The cream and the orange cubes with one
  4. Carefully fold the fork under the cooled rice and add it to your taste
  5. sweeten some sugar.
  6. Put in the fridge for a while before enjoying.
  7. Garnish with orange slices.
