- 1 small white cabbage
- 30 g butter
- 1 liter meat broth
- 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 3 peppercorns
- 1 pinch (s) allspice
- salt

- Remove the outer leaves and the stalk from the cabbage. Cut the cabbage into small pieces. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the cabbage and lightly brown. Add the sugar and let it brown for a minute.
- Add the meat stock, season with the specified ingredients and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Season to taste with salt.
