Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 150 g corn rits
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod, the pulp it

Instructions

  1. Stir the corn semolina and sugar into the cold milk, cut the vanilla pod lengthways and stir the pulp into the corn semolina milk. Let the pod cook with you. Bring to the boil while stirring, as soon as it starts to bubble, remove the pot from the stove and let it soak for about 15 minutes with the lid closed. Then serve in portions and enjoy.
  2. You can refine it super with various fruits, cocoa, etc. Or you can use cream, coconut milk, soy milk, etc. instead of milk.
