Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 60 g suar
  • 50 g butter
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 cube fresh yeast (42 g)
  • 50 g almond (s), chopped
  • 50 g raisins
  • 30 g ranulated suar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Flour for the work surface
  • Fat for the baking sheet

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Add salt and egg and sprinkle with 50 g of sugar. Melt the butter and mix with the cold milk (except for 1 tablespoon). Mix the yeast with 10 g sugar. Add the yeast and lukewarm milk mixture to the flour and knead everything into a smooth yeast dough. Dust with flour and cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  2. Knead the dough on the floured work surface and let rise for another 15 minutes. Divide the dough into thirds and knead in each one except for 1 tablespoon, almonds, raisins and sugar. Shape each third into a roll and divide it into 7 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a round bun.
  3. Place the rolls loosely on a greased baking sheet in the party sun. Mix the egg yolks with 1 tablespoon of milk and brush the rolls with it. Decorate with the retained almonds, granulated sugar and raisins. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °, convection 175 °, gas mark 3 for about 20 minutes.
