  • 1 jar Nutella, or jam, for the filling
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and coat completely with Nutella or jam. Roll up from the long side.
  2. Cut into pieces approx. 1 cm thick and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with egg yolk.
  3. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes.
