Ingredients

  • 600 g Swiss chard
  • 100 g onion (s), finely diced
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), pitted, finely diced
  • 30 g butter
  • 700 ml vegetable stock (vegetable stock)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 60 g coconut cream, unsweetened
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the Swiss chard, finely dice the stems and cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Sauté the onions, chilli and chard stalks in the butter. Top up with vegetable stock and cook over a mild heat for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes add the leaves and cream. Finally stir in the coconut paste. Season the soup with cayenne pepper, turmeric and salt.
