Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, frozen (450 g)
  • 250 g sausae meat, from the butcher
  • 200 g ham, cooked, cut into fine cubes
  • 200 g cheese, rated (Gouda)
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Sweat the onions and parsley in a little butter.
  2. Thaw the puff pastry according to the instructions, place the sheets next to each other and roll them out into a rectangle. Spread the sausage meat on it, spread onions, parsley, ham and cheese on top. Fold in the ends and roll up the puff pastry. Whisk the cream and egg yolk together and brush the rolling pin with it. Bake at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes.
  3. A side dish goes with green salad and white bread. Something different when guests come and go very quickly.
