Ingredients

  • 1 point puff pastry
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 1 celery
  • 2 leeks (broad leek)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 6 slices cheese, or 3 Gouda cheese
  • oil
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

  1. Line a high baking sheet or casserole dish with puff pastry. Fry the minced meat in hot oil, add diced onion, season with salt and pepper. Cut the vegetables (celery, leek, carrots) into small pieces and steam them until they are firm to the bite. Then mix with the minced meat and pour onto the puff pastry. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove 200 degrees, convection 180 degrees) for 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel the tomatoes and cut them in half. After these 10 minutes, place the tomato halves on the minced vegetable mixture and put a slice of cheese on each (fresh Gouda slices are usually larger than slices, so 3 are usually enough, which you then cut in half). Now in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  3. If you want, you can also add garlic to the minced meat.
