Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 5 tablespoon peanut cream
  • 600 g broccoli
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
  • 0.5 ½ kl. Glass Sambal Oelek
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • salt
  • Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli into small florets. Cook ribbon noodles according to package instructions. 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the broccoli tubes and cook for 3 minutes. Drain together and put off.
  2. For the sauce, mix the vegetable stock with the peanut cream, coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar and sambal oelek, heat and let simmer for a few minutes. Season to taste with salt and lime juice.
  3. Add the sauce to the ribbon noodles and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
