- 500 g chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 2 onions)
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 can beans, baked with tomato sauce
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoon sauce (Texicana Salsa)
- 100 g tacos or Doritos or taco shells
- Salt and pepper, black
- Cheese, grated for gratin
- Paprika powder

- Wash the chicken breast, pat dry, cut into strips, fry in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, then season with salt and pepper. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Clean the peppers and cut into small cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan, fry the diced paprika, add the baked and kidney beans (rinse beforehand), bring everything to the boil. Then pour in the cream and season with salsa sauce, salt, pepper, paprika and thyme. Put the meat strips in the bean mixture and put everything in a greased baking dish. Pour the tacos / Doritos over the casserole, onion rings and sprinkle everything with cheese. Bake the whole thing in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
