- 0.5 teaspoon ½ peppermint
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ chamomile (chamomile blossom)
- 250 ml water

- Bring the water to a boil. Put the herbs in a tea strainer or bag and hang in the cup. Fill up with boiling water and let steep for 9 minutes. Remove sieve and drink hot.
- If you need it, you can sweeten it with honey or sugar.
