Ingredients

  • 80 g mararine
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • 8 drops butter-vanilla flavor

For painting:

  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 80 ml red wine

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine in a mixing bowl until smooth. Then add the sugar, the vanilla sugar and the butter-vanilla aroma and stir everything together until a bond is formed.
  2. Now add the eggs and stir in as well. Then stir in the flour, baking powder and milk.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  4. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and use two tablespoons to place 6 piles of dough on each. You can then reshape the piles with a damp knife.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. For the glaze, mix the red wine with the powdered sugar and spread it on the baked Americans.
