  • butter
  • Liver sausage
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon fat for the eggs
  • some parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Brush the bread with butter and liver sausage. Place the sliced tomatoes on the liver sausage. Then place the onion cut into strips on top of the tomatoes and season with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Fry the egg with a little fat in a pan and place it on the bread from the pan.
  3. Then sprinkle with a little parsley.
