For the dressing:
- 100 g cream cheese, rainier
- 1 tablespoon chives, freshly chopped
- Seasoned Salt
- pepper

- Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into fine slices. Arrange in a fan shape on plates or platters and season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the spring onions and cut into fine rolls. Mix the cream cheese with the chives and season with herb salt and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese on the tomatoes and sprinkle with the spring onions or layer them in the middle of the plate.
