Ingredients
- 500 g vine tomato (s)
- 150 g soy yourt (yourt alternative)
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon basil, dried
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- some salt and pepper

- Mix the yogurt with the mustard, basil, ketchup, tomato paste and vinegar to make a dressing.
- Wash, clean and chop the tomatoes and mix with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
- Keep in the refrigerator until consumption.
