- 150 g yourt, 3.5%
- 100 g crème fraîche liht, with herbs
- 5 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- some lemon juice
- N / A Parsley, finely chopped

- Mix the yogurt with crème fraîche light, ketchup, mustard and sugar well and add lemon juice to taste. Put in a cool place.
- Stir in freshly chopped parsley before use.
- The dressing is ideal for hamburgers or as a salad dressing.
