- 75 g blue cheese
- 3 tablespoon buttermilk
- 3 tablespoon sour cream, natural, or as a substitute sour cream
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ sugar, white
- 3 g arlic powder
- salt
- Pepper, black

- In a bowl, mash the cheese and buttermilk with a fork. Add the sour cream or sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and garlic powder and mix everything together well. Season with salt and pepper and either pour over a salad or serve with crackers
