- 2 cloves garlic)
- 4 tablespoon sesame paste (tahini)
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 600 g tomato (s)
- 1 teaspoon, heaped sesame seeds
- parsley, smooth
- 4 tablespoon water

- Peel and squeeze the garlic. Mix the garlic with the tahini, lemon juice and 4 tablespoons of water to a smooth sauce.
- Wash tomatoes, cut out stalks and roughly dice. Pluck the parsley from the stalks and roughly chop. Mix the tomatoes, parsley and sesame seeds together.
- Mix the sesame sauce with the tomatoes just before serving.
- Very important:
- For this dish, the tomatoes have to come out of the refrigerator.
