Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 teaspoons sesame paste (tahini)
- 2 pinches salt
- some pepper as needed
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon juice
- 6 sprigs parsley, alternatively also dried

- Mix the yogurt and sesame paste in a bowl with a spoon. Then season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Finally stir in finely chopped or dried parsley.
- Suitable as a dip with carrots, peppers or celery sticks.
