Ingredients
- 8 tomato (s)
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 8 pepper (s), green, mildly pickled
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon, heaped thyme, dried
- 1 teaspoon, heaped oregano, dried
- salt
- Pepper, black, freshly ground
- 1 clove garlic, pressed

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Mix the olive oil with the thyme, oregano and garlic to a marinade.
- Wash tomatoes, cut into slices and lay out in a baking dish. Roughly crumble the sheep cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper. Place the peppers on top. Spread the marinade evenly over it with a tablespoon.
- Place in the oven on the middle shelf for about 15 minutes.
- Serve with baguette or similar.
