  • 2 fish fillet (s) (e.g. pangasius, saithe or plaice, approx. 50 g)
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • some garlic
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. First mix a little olive oil with a little fresh garlic in a small bowl. Cut the tomato, a small red onion and 1 - 2 spring onions into small cubes and add to the oil. Brush a baking dish with this marinade.
  2. Now season the fish fillets with a little salt, pepper and paprika powder and place in a baking dish. Spread the remaining marinade over the fillets and cook everything in the oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
