  • 500 g tortellini, cooked al dente in salted water

  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 100 ml cream
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Leave the butter out in a saucepan, add the flour and stir until bubbles appear, then slowly pour in the broth and stir well so that no lumps are formed.
  2. Add the cream and season well with the spices.
  3. Place on the tortellini and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
