- 6 egg yolks
- 150 grams sugar
- 150 grams flour
- 100 ml cream, liquid
- 100 ml condensed milk, sweetened
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml dessert sauce (caramel sauce)

- Beat the egg whites vigorously with a hand mixer, then sieve in the sugar and continue beating vigorously.
