Instructions

  1. First melt the chocolate types in a water bath and stir in the butter. Put aside.
  2. Grease a tray and cover with baking paper if necessary.
  3. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C top / bottom heat.
  4. For the dough, beat the eggs with the sugar and the maple syrup until creamy.
  5. Stir in the chocolate mixture, then add flour, baking powder and starch / cocoa and finally stir in the milk.
  6. You can confidently prepare the dough one after the other, the dough can stand for a few minutes. When adding milk to whole milk and dark chocolate dough, you should be guided by the consistency of the white chocolate dough, so that all doughs have roughly the same consistency!
  7. Spoon the finished dough onto the baking sheet by spoonfuls, then smooth it out a little at the end so that the dough is well distributed.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
  9. The cake has about the consistency of a sand cake, so if you would prefer it to be more moist, you could, for example, add about 50 g of cream, creme fraiche or something similar to all doughs. Even in its original form, however, it is not dry!
