Ingredients

  • 300 g trout fillet (s), smoked
  • 2 bunch wild garlic
  • 200 g sour cream / sour cream / 0.1% cream cheese
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 9 tablespoon milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely mash the smoked trout fillets with a fork, clean the bunch of wild garlic, chop it very finely, optionally mix it with the sour cream, sour cream or 0.1% cream cheese. Season to taste with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the eggs, flour and milk into a pancake batter and fry thin pancakes. Allow to cool, brush with the trout cream, roll up and put in the refrigerator (preferably overnight). Use a sharp knife to cut pieces approx. 2 cm thick from the rolls.
  3. A nice alternative to dill in the wild garlic season.
