Ingredients

  • 250 g trout fillet (s), smoked
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 3 teaspoons mustard, medium shaft
  • 4 tablespoon quark (0% fat)
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped dill, dried
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Cut the trout fillet into approx. 5 mm cubes. Finely chop the onion. Mix the fish and onion well with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with the pepper.
  2. Let it sit for about 1 to 2 hours. White or toasted bread goes best with it.
