Ingredients

  • 120 g butter or mararine
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 glass milk (3.5% fat)
  • flour
  • 2 cans tuna in water or oil
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, salt and milk together. Add enough flour (mixed in baking powder) until the dough is soft and sticky. Divide the dough in two.
  2. Roll out part of the dough for the bottom of a springform pan, slightly larger so that you can pull up one edge.
  3. For the filling, cut the onions into small pieces, pick the tuna and mix with the mayonnaise, parmesan and eggs. Put the mixture on the floor.
  4. Roll out a lid from the second dough and place it on the mixture, brush the edge of the lid with the egg yolk and press firmly.
  5. Bake at 180 ° C (convection, top / bottom heat: 200 ° C) for about 50 minutes. The cake should be light brown.
