Ingredients

  • 5 turkey steak (s) (about 10g each)
  • 5 slices pineapple, fresh (about 80g each)
  • Pepper, freshly ground colorful

For the marinade:

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ sugar, brown
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the soy sauce with the sugar and oil until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Rinse the turkey steaks under cold running water and pat dry. Place the pineapple slices in a flat bowl and sprinkle with pepper. Spread the marinade evenly on it with a brush and cover everything with cling film in the refrigerator overnight. Possibly turn after a few hours.
  3. Place the meat and pineapple on the hot grill and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning several times.
  4. A curry rice salad goes well with this dish.
