- 2 beef steak (s) à 300 g
For the marinade:
- 3 tablespoon coffee, brewed
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon rum
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
- salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove (s), pressed through

- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and place in a freezer bag together with the steaks. Massage in the marinade a little.
- Marinate the steaks for 3 hours and then grill them.
