Sour cream – 200 Grams

Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Directions
Prepare the ingredients.
Beat the room temperature egg and 100 grams of sugar with a mixer.
Add softened butter to the sugar and egg mass.
Add yogurt.
Add baking powder to the flour.
Pour flour and baking powder into a bowl, knead the dough.
Prepare a split form, cover the bottom with baking paper, grease the form with butter, dust with flour.
Pour the dough into the prepared pan, flatten.
Place peeled and cut apples on the dough.

Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes, check readiness with a wooden skewer or toothpick.
