Ingredients

  • 300 g low-fat quark
  • 3 tablespoon milk 1.5% fat
  • 1 ½ tablespoon coffee powder, instant
  • 60 g suar
  • 150 ml whipped cream
  • 4 piece (s) confectionery, (small mocha beans)

Instructions

  1. Gently heat the milk, sugar and coffee powder on the stove until the coffee has dissolved. Stir everything into the quark.
  2. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the coffee quark.
  3. Arrange the cream in beautiful glasses or dessert bowls and place a mocha bean on top of each. Chill until ready to eat.
