Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 300 g suar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon, heaped cinnamon powder
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 300 g flour (type 405)
  • 150 g chocolate sprinkles, whole milk
  • 125 ml milk
  • Fat for the shape
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold

For the frosting:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 50 g powdered suar

Also:

  • 300 g marzipan paste
  • some food coloring, green
  • some food coloring, black or black sugar script

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Now mix the first 6 ingredients well with a mixer. Mix the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl and add. Then stir in the chocolate sprinkles and milk.
  2. Rub a bundt pan with butter and line with breadcrumbs. Now put the dough in the pan and bake for 50 minutes. Let the cake cool in the tin and process it at the earliest when it is lukewarm.
  3. Turn the cake out of the mold, first crumble it with your hands and then chop it up again with the mixer. Now add the cream cheese and powdered sugar and mix well again.
  4. When everything is evenly distributed, form a shell with your hands (it is best to first form a compact ball and then pull it slightly oval on the plate). Put the shell in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  5. For the cake topping, color 200 g marzipan green with food coloring and roll it out between 2 baking papers with a rolling pin. Then turn the marzipan blanket onto the shell and model it, cut off any excess marzipan.
  6. Shape the head and feet from the last 100 g of marzipan and model them on. Press on the feet with a fork to reveal the claws. Finally, form the eyes and mouth with either black colored marzipan or black sugar script.
