Yoghurt and fresh cucumber sauce, seasoned with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Chilled sauce is served with meat, vegetables, bread, potato chips.

Ingredients
Yogurt – 470 Milliliters
Cucumber – 1-2 Pieces
Garlic – 4-5 Cloves
Lemon – 1 Piece
Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Salt – 1 Teaspoon (or to taste)
White pepper – – To taste
Directions
Rinse the cucumbers, peel them, scoop up the seeds with a spoon, if they are large.
Finely chop the peeled cucumbers. Place in a bowl and mix the tzatziki.
Peel the garlic, place in a blender or press into a separate bowl. Add olive oil to the garlic and stir until smooth.
Mix all ingredients. Add yogurt, pepper, salt, garlic with olive oil and lemon juice to the cucumbers. Try it. Balance the flavor by adding ingredients to your liking.
Stir with a spoon or whisk.
Tighten the sauce with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Tzatziki is delicious chilled.
Serve tzatziki with chips, crisps, vegetables, poultry or fish.
