Ingredients

  • 250 g honey (artificial honey)
  • 250 g mararine
  • 100 g sweet cream
  • 180 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon rum
  • 1 pack gingerbread spice
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped cocoa
  • 50 g lemon peel
  • 50 g orane peel
  • 100 g nuts, mixed
  • 440 g flour
  • 1 point baking powder

Also:

  • Icing sugar for the icing
  • Water for the frosting

Instructions

  1. Beat the margarine and sugar until frothy. If necessary, heat the artificial honey a little and then add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees hot air for about 25 minutes.
  3. Let the sheet of dough cool down a bit and then decorate with a frosting. Cut into small pieces of approx. 5 x 5 cm.
