- 300 g meat sausae or Braunschweier
- 3 medium tomato (s)
- 1 large red pepper (s)
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon herbs, (fresh or frozen) Italian.
- salt and pepper
- Vinegar, (herb vinegar)

- Peel the sausage, halve lengthways and cut into thin slices. Halve the tomatoes and cut into slices. Peel the cucumber, cut in half and thinly slice it.
