Ingredients

  • 1 glass applesauce or equivalent amount home-cooked food
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 50 g almond (s)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g chocolate, rated or cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. You can prepare an apple puree and let it get cold or use the applesauce from the glass.
  2. Put the butter, sugar and almonds in a pan and let the almonds caramelize.
  3. Then put the mixture on a cutting board and let it cool down. When the brittle is cold, chop it up with a piece of corrugated wood.
  4. Beat the whipped cream well until stiff.
  5. About ½ - 1 hour before use, the apple dish is layered in a decorative glass bowl.
  6. First pour in the apple puree, then sprinkle the brittle on top (generously).
  7. Spread the whipped cream on the brittle and sprinkle with plenty of grated chocolate.
