Vanilla Blueberry Tiramisu

Ingredients

250 g mascarpone, (liht)
500 g quark cream, vanilla 0.2%
3 packs vanilla sugar
20 ladyfingers (sponge fingers)
9 tablespoon blueberries from the glass
90 ml juice from the compote glass
3 tablespoon amaretto, (or rum)

Instructions

Drain the blueberries well, collecting the compote juice.
Mix the vanilla quark cream with the mascarpone and vanilla sugar. Spread almost half of the cream in large dessert bowls.
Mix the blueberry juice with the amaretto and briefly dip the ladyfingers in it, then press the drained gently into the cream.
Spread about half of the remaining cream on the ladyfingers, sprinkle the blueberry compote over it and pour the rest of the cream on and smooth it out, the blueberries can mix with the cream.
Chill the tiramisu dessert for at least 4 hours. Before serving, you can drizzle a spoonful of compote and juice over it if you like.
The `tiramisu` can of course also be layered in a single angular (casserole) form and served in portions, but it will not become so firm that it can be turned over and cut.
