Ingredients

  • 4 veal steak (s) (approx. 150-200 g each)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 ml Marsala
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 spring onion (s), (finely chopped)
  • 1 jar prune (s), preserved

Instructions

  1. Remove fat and tendons from the meat, pound flat and cut into the edge.
  2. Turn the meat in flour
  3. Heat the oil in preferably a cast-iron pan. Fry the steaks on both sides over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes, turn once. Drain on kitchen towel and then keep warm.
  4. Bring the Marsala and stock to the boil in the pan, then turn the heat down and continue to cook for 1 minute while stirring, stir in the soy sauce and prunes, then return the veal steaks to the pan and let them warm up for 2 minutes. Serve on the plate and garnish with spring onion!
