Ingredients

  • 2 steak (s)
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 medium onion (s), cut into strips
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, cut into small slices
  • 1 large tomato (s), possibly 2, also sliced
  • some olive oil
  • Spice mix, (steak spice)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat on the side and fill with the bacon slices. Then brush the steaks with olive oil and sprinkle the steak seasoning over them. Scatter the cut garlic cloves in a suitable baking dish and add the steaks. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  2. Sear the steaks on both sides in a pan and put them back in the baking dish.
  3. In the same pan, fry the onion until translucent and pour over the steaks. Place the sliced tomatoes on the onions and season with salt and pepper.
  4. The steaks are put in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C and at the end are served with baked potato, if you like.
