Ingredients

  • 230 g silken tofu
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 130 g flour
  • 3 teaspoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 3 teaspoons water, as needed
  • 80 g chocolate, chopped, vean
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix the tofu finely, it is so soft, you can even use a hand mixer. Mix and add the dry ingredients. Stir everything until creamy and add water as required. Now fold in the chopped chocolate.
  2. Line a square baking pan about 20 x 20 cm with baking paper and grease it.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C top / bottom heat or 160 ° C convection oven for about 30 minutes on the middle rack.
  4. Let cool down briefly and lift the brownies out of the pan with the baking paper. Let cool for about 1 hour and cut into squares of about 5 x 5 cm.
