Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal, delicate as a blossom
  • 100 ml coconut milk or other vegetable milk
  • 4 tablespoon yogurt, vegan (coconut flavor)
  • some sweetener or agave syrup
  • 100 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • Hemp seeds or nuts as a topping

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds and oat flakes with the coconut milk and let them soak in the refrigerator overnight. Then stir in the coconut yoghurt and sweeten to taste.
  2. Finally, puree the raspberries and pour over the pudding. As a topping, for example, sprinkle hemp seeds or nut mixes over the dessert.
