- 120 g mararine
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 120 g suar
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 200 g flour
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 packet custard powder or vanilla
- 80 g applesauce
- 600 g plum (s), fresh

- Mix margarine, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and 100 g sugar in a bowl to a creamy mixture. Add baking powder, sifted flour and lemon juice and mix into a batter. Mix the pudding powder into the applesauce and fold into the batter.
- Wash the plums, cut in half, stone them, mix with the rest of the sugar and place with the cut side facing down side by side in a greased springform pan with a diameter of 26 cm, sprinkled with flour. Spread the dough evenly over the fruit and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat, 155 ° C fan oven for about 45 minutes.
- Let cool for 15 minutes, carefully loosen the mold and turn the cake out onto a cake plate.
