Ingredients

  • 150 grams flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 500 g veetables your choice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 20 g flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 125 ml cream
  • 125 g herb quark
  • 1 tablespoon nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough from the flour, butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt and egg, leave to rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Then divide into 8 pieces, roll out and put in a greased muffin tin.
  3. Chop the vegetables and sauté them in the oil. Dust the flour over it, stir in the egg, cream, quark and nuts and season well with pepper and paprika.
  4. Spread the vegetables on the dough and bake at 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees) for about 30 minutes.
  5. Also tastes good cold.
