Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken fillet (s), cut into small pieces
  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 1 scoop mozzarella
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • some cream
  • some mozzarella, or Gouda cheese, grated
  • 5 small tomato (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Fondor

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to approx. 190 ° C with convection. Prepare an ovenproof baking dish.
  2. Wash the vegetables, peel them if necessary and cut them into smaller pieces.
  3. Briefly wash the chicken fillet, pat dry and spread it in the baking dish. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Then distribute the chopped vegetables between the meat. Mix the sour cream with a little Cremefine, season with salt, pepper and fondor and pour over the vegetables and meat.
  4. Pour some grated mozzarella or Gouda cheese over it and, if necessary, season again with salt and pepper. Cut the mozzarella ball into slices and spread over the fillet and vegetables. Cut the small tomatoes into slices and spread them on the cheese.
  5. Baked in the oven for about 45 minutes.
