  • 2 large mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper (s), red or yellow
  • 20 g parmesan cheese
  • basil
  • chives
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Dice the mushrooms and peppers. Heat the olive oil in the pan and fry the cubes in the pan for about 6 minutes.
  2. During this time, scald tomatoes in hot water, peel off the skin, roughly dice and add to the pan.
  3. Mix the eggs with the parmesan and herbs, pour over the vegetables and season. Let it set and turn with the help of a plate after about 5-6 minutes.
  4. You can serve the frittata warm or cold.
  5. A salad goes well with it.
