Shrimp Frittata Recipe

  • 6 Eggs
  • 300 g Salad shrimps, peeled, defrosted
  • 120 g Parmesan
  • 15 Peeled prawns with tails, defrosted
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 20 g Parsley
  • 4 tbsp Olive (vegetable) oil
  • Ground black pepper


  • Whisk the eggs lightly.
  • Add grated parmesan, finely chopped parsley, lemon juice, oil, pepper, salad shrimps. Mix.
  • Grease the mold with vegetable oil. Pour the shrimp mixture.
  • Top with king prawns.
  • Put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Bon Appetit!
